Australia Web Designer Team was established by Trade With China Pty. Ltd. in 2010.

This is a young team with enthusiasm, passion, commitment, desire for creation, design and technology. The team makes it its mission to deliver high quality web design and development services, as well as simple, efficient, and stable ecommerce and marketing solutions.

All the team members are big fans to Internet Technology. They are holding Bachelor Degrees in Business, e-commerce, IT and Marketing. It is their passion to work together to create something simple but useful, something that can save people lots of time and increase the quality of work, something that can change people’s life in the coming decades, something that will bring businesses more efficiency, higher profitability, and powerful market dominating tools.

This is a dream most of the young people have, but usually the one that they are unable to fulfil because of lack of experience, network, and capital. However, now, they are given a chance in an era when computers, programs, Internet take over more and more work. Capitals and network of people are not holding these young people back because they have the knowledge, skills, passion, patience, and the determination to fulfil their goals, to make things happen!

This is what has gathered these young people together. They are working with each other, learning from each other, and making things happen in a way that they all desire to see. As a result, this has brought us the Team of Australia Web Designer, led by Zongjin Bai and Sherry Qiu, two co-founders of Trade With China Pty. Ltd. and CW Tech Co. Ltd. They will lead the team and work with the team to create tools and websites that will meet your needs and that will help you achieve a dream that you may have thought can never come true!

Zong holds two Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and is the co-founder and director of Trade With China Pty. Ltd. He has been interested in Website Developing two years after he laid his hand on computer for the first time in 1998. When Zong was in high school in 2001, he joined a team and started his first experience of real website building. Then in Dalian University, where he gained his first degree, First Prize of University Business Plan Competition, and First-class scholarship, Zong took IT courses and got remarkable comments from the teacher for his Special Award of the University Flash Animation Design Competition. In Southern Cross University, where he got his second degree, Zong got High Distinction for a 98% in his final web design assessment.

After graduation from SCU in 2008, Zong gave up the invitation to continue Honour Degree study and took the par-time position in Renew You Centre for Wellbeing and Longevity as a website designer. In 6 months, he signed a full-time contract as an IT officer with Renew You Centre. During the 22 months of working in the IT industry, Zong has been very keen to learn new techs and marketing skill and thus is now well trained and experienced Website Developer. In the past 2 years, Zong has also gained experience of project management, developing marketing funnels, website performance analysis and improvement. He is used to meeting task deadlines and managing out-sourced people.

Back in high school, Zong used to be the No. 1 100 meter dasher, with personally best record 11.2 seconds, top 3 in the city. But now, building websites is part of his daily life and to see the websites creating and bringing value is his passion.
